Rental request terms

Submitting the website form sends an availability request to ACE Rental Manchester. It does not create a confirmed rental and no payment is taken through this website.

Confirmation

A booking only becomes confirmed after the Manchester team has checked the live fleet, driver requirements, price and collection arrangements and has contacted you.

Vehicle group

Vehicle examples describe a group. A specific make, model, colour or registration is not guaranteed unless confirmed separately in writing.

Driver requirements

The rental remains subject to identity, licence, age, payment, deposit and insurance checks under the rental agreement supplied before collection.

Changes and cancellation

Contact the Manchester team as early as possible if your journey changes. Any cancellation conditions are those stated in your confirmed rental agreement.
