When you send a vehicle request, ACE Rental Manchester collects the contact and rental details you provide so the team can check availability, respond to you and prepare a booking if you decide to proceed.

What we collect

Your name, email address, telephone number, requested dates and vehicle group, and any optional flight number or notes you provide.

How it is used

The information is used to respond to your request and manage the resulting rental. It is not sold. Access to website booking requests is restricted to the authorised owner account.

Your choices

You can ask the Manchester team to correct or delete an enquiry that is no longer required, subject to any legal record-keeping duties that apply after a rental is created.
